If you need to make a return. It is just three simple steps:

Step 1:

To initiate a return please contact Customer Care by phone at 1300 651 979 or email CustomerServiceANZ@Isagenixcorp.com.

You will need to have your invoice number available.

Step 2:

Upon receipt of your email, Customer Care will send out an Isagenix Returns Merchandise Authorisation Form which needs to be filled out and provided in the package.

Step 3:

Return your products directly to Isagenix Australia and be sure to keep proof of the method of return. Without this, if the package goes missing we will be unable to process your refund in full. Refunds generally take up to seven to ten working days once the package has been received by Isagenix.
