    The questions usually focus on diet, lifestyle habits, sleep, bowel habits and family health history is also helpful to know and any other relevant history such persistent injuries, menstrual health for women or urinary and hormonal health for men.

    The initial consultation will be 15 minutes and we can do this by phone or video chat.

    Everyone falls into their own pattern with shakes but the best thing to do is experiment and find the timing that works best for your body and lifestyle.

    People who don’t usually take breakfast for example like to have the shake in the mornings. Whereas if you can do without dinner you are best supplementing the shake in the evenings.
